On October 29, community members in support of justice for Andy Lopez, who was killed on October 22 by Sonoma County Sheriff's Deputy Erick Gelhaus, rallied and listened to speakers at Old Court House Square in Santa Rosa. Demonstrators later marched to the Sonoma County Sheriff's department where more speakers were heard.
